Guest Policy and Terms

Our hotel officially named as 'Hotel Rajdeep' operates under the trade name of 'Hotel Moksha'.
By booking or staying at Hotel Rajdeep Moksha customers agree to abide by these policies to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all. These policies supersede any Online Travel Agency (OTA) rules.

1. Booking and Payment

Payment Rules

  1. Stays of 1 month or more: 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
  2. Shorter stays: Payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.

Credit Card Policy: Payments made via credit card incur an additional 2% surcharge.

Cancellation Rules

  1. Cancellations 3 days or more before check-in: Full refund.
  2. Cancellations 2 days before check-in: 50% of the total cost charged.
  3. Cancellations 1 day before check-in or no-show: No refund.
  4. Refunds amount will be credited within 30 days.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in

  1. Check-in time: 1:00 PM.
  2. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Check-out

  1. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
  2. Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur the following charges:
    1. Up to 1 hour after the scheduled check-out time: ₹500
    2. Up to 2 hours after the scheduled check-out time: ₹1,000
    3. Beyond 2 hours: 50% of the applicable room rate (half-day charge).

3. Luggage Storage

  1. The Hotel offers luggage storage for customers arriving early or departing late, subject to availability.
  2. Customers are responsible for their belongings, and the Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage.

4. Identification Requirements

  1. All customers staying in the room must present a valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license) at check-in.
  2. Visitors must show ID at the front desk and are only allowed in the dining area and the reception area. They are not permitted to enter guest rooms and must leave by 9:00 PM. The Hotel may retain copies of IDs for security purposes, as permitted by law. ID copies are stored briefly and destroyed securely.

5. Room Keys

  1. Customers must deposit room keys at the front desk when leaving the Hotel and collect them upon return.
  2. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of Rs. 5,000.
  3. Customers must report lost keys to the front desk immediately.
  4. Giving room keys to third parties is strictly prohibited.

6. Guest Conduct

  1. Noise Restrictions: Loud music or activities that disturb other guests or the indoor environment are prohibited. The Hotel reserves the right to impose a fine or request customers to vacate the premises.
  2. Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of any illegal or prohibited substances is strictly prohibited in the rooms and indoor areas of the Hotel premises. Guests may use designated smoking areas for smoking purposes only. The possession, use, or distribution of any unlawful substances or contraband items within the Hotel premises is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate removal from the property and/or legal action, as applicable under law.
  3. Littering: Customers are expected to keep rooms and public areas clean.
  4. Pets: Pets require prior approval from the Hotel. Unapproved pets may result in customers being asked to vacate without a refund.
  5. Respectful Behaviour: Disruptive behaviour that affects other guests or staff may result in customers being asked to vacate without a refund, at the Hotel's sole discretion. This includes yelling, staring, pushing, or any form of aggressive behaviour.
  6. Property Damage: Customers are liable for any damage caused to the Hotel property.
  7. Theft or Accusations: The Hotel reserves the right to investigate any claims of theft or accusations against staff. Customers may be asked to vacate the premises, and the Hotel may involve the police at its discretion if necessary.
  8. Mobile Phone and Recording Devices: The use of mobile phones, cameras, drones, or other devices for recording, taking pictures, or engaging in disruptive activities toward other guests is strictly prohibited.
  9. Dangerous Objects/Materials: Keeping dangerous or life-threatening objects or materials in rooms is strictly prohibited.

7. Amenities

  1. Two complimentary water bottles are provided per room at check-in.
    Note: Additional bottles are available at an extra cost.
  2. In-Room Amenities:
    1. Air conditioning
    2. Television with cable channels
    3. A tea/coffee maker (kettle) is provided in some rooms for boiling water and preparing tea or coffee only. Misuse may result in a charge of ₹1500
    4. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, towels)
    5. Hair dryer and iron available on demand
  3. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the Hotel premises.

8. Restaurant and Dining

  1. Breakfast: Served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  2. Extra Person Charge for Breakfast: Rs. 250 per person.
  3. Restaurant Services: Available from 8:00 AM onwards.
  4. Last Order: The last order for dining is accepted by 9:00 PM.

9. Billing

  1. Customers must settle all charges (room, taxes, and extras such as food) before departure.
  2. Billing disputes must be reported at check-out.
  3. Discounts are not available unless announced as part of a special offer.

10. Privacy

  1. The Hotel collects customer IDs and details for booking and security purposes. This information is securely stored and shared only if required by law.
  2. ID copies are stored temporarily and destroyed subsequently.

11. Room Occupancy

  1. Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 2 people per room.
  2. Extra Bedding Charge: Rs. 1,000 per additional bedding request. (Exceeding room occupancy limits may result in additional charges).
  3. Couple Policy: Couples must provide valid photo ID at check-in. Unmarried couples are welcome, provided both individuals are above 18 years of age and comply with all Hotel policies.
  4. Child Policy: Children below 12 years of age can stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents, using existing bedding. An extra bed for a child incurs a charge of Rs. 1,000.

12. Safety

  1. CCTV surveillance may be used in public areas for security purposes.
  2. Customers must follow staff instructions during emergencies.
  3. Customers are solely responsible for their belongings. The Hotel is not liable for lost or damaged items.
  4. Security concerns must be reported to the front desk immediately.

13. Medical Assistance

An on-call doctor is available for emergencies or medical concerns. Please contact the front desk; charges will apply accordingly.

14. Force Majeure

  1. The Hotel is not liable for issues caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters).
  2. Refunds are not guaranteed, but the Hotel will make reasonable efforts to assist with rescheduling.

15. Parking

  1. The hotel provides limited parking space for 8 to 10 cars only. Please note that tempo travellers and buses cannot be accommodated within the hotel premises. There is an adjacent parking area near the hotel where cars, tempo travellers and buses can be parked. Travellers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of parking in that area.
